How to rent
1) Kindly email us at tccostumeplace@yahoo.com to check on the availabilty of the costume.
2) All rentals are for a maximum of 5 days period.
3) Reservation of costume is required.
4) All costumes are rented on a 1st-come-1st-serve basis.
5) Collection & return at Compassvale Road (Sengkang) or Bright Hill Drive (Bishan).
6) Collection & return strictly by appointment only. Kindly allow at least 3 working days for making collection & return arrangement.
Payment
1) Upon confirmation of costume availability, please proceed to make a deposit of SGD$10 being reservation fee via internet banking.
2) No deposit = No reservation.
3) Reservation fee will be deducted from the deposit fee (see below "Deposit" section), which will be refundable.
4) Rental fees are non-refundable.
5) Cash payment only (rental + deposit) upon collection of costume.
Deposit
1) Deposit is required to confirm the reservation of costume.
2) All costumes rental require a deposit amount of $30, except for rental of Halloween Hat at $20.

3) Deposit will be refunded via cash upon return of the costume, provided the costume is returned in its original condition.
4) Deposit will be forfeited or deducted if costume/accessories is/are damaged, dirty, stained or lost, etc.

Treatment of costumes
We treat each and every costume of ours with upmost care. Upon every costume return, the costume will be thoroughly handwash by us to ensure cleanliness of the costumes.
